folk Club and session in the bar every Tuesday from 7pm - well attended,
lots of fun, all young fiddlers & flautists etc. welcome.

on Tuesday evenings the Senior folk session kicks in! (and the bar sales
go up). To name but a few ... facing you at table end are: Joe (manic red
eye) & Richard ( 'how to sit on a violin case without falling over').

T'ai Chi Ch'üan class
The
class teaches Lee style T'ai Chi as taught by The Taoist Cultural
Arts Association. The class begins with some warming up exercises which
starts to activate the internal energy. Throughout the class you will
learn Tai Chi Dance, T'ai Chi Form, Taoist yoga and a variety of
exercises which help you to learn how to apply the energy and Taoist
principles to everyday situations.
Time: Tuesdays 7p.m. - 9p.m.
Classes cost £2 if employed; £1 if unwaged/student.
